Bill Paxton, 61, has died due to complications from heart surgery, according to a family representative.
The star, who was originally from Texas, was best known for his roles in The Terminator, Apollo 13, Aliens, and Titanic. He also won an Emmy for his performance in the TV mini-series Hatfields and McCoys, alongside Kevin Costner.
